Program details:

During this intensive week, your school team will learn from Data Wise certified coaches and peers from diverse settings. Through case studies, large group presentations, and small group discussions, participants will analyse the challenges and successes experienced by a diverse group of school leaders engaged in this work.

Tuition includes the Data Wise 3rd Ed book, all conference catering and course materials, and six bespoke coaching sessions through the Data Wise in Action Coaching program, where you will receive continued support from a dedicated Data Wise coach, to assist you to implement this inquiry process in your own school or system.

Learning Goals:

• Articulate how and why equity is central to the work of school improvement.

• Build skills to take an equity lens at each step of the Data Wise Improvement Process.

• Demonstrate a relentless focus on evidence when collaboratively analysing a wide range of data sources.

• Engage in intentional collaboration by using a Meeting Wise “rolling agenda” and practicing wise meeting facilitation and participation.

• Create a plan for integrating the Data Wise Improvement Process and ACE Habits of Mind into the core work of a school or system.
